Debra Disney
Owner/Managing Member/Chief Executive Officer
Debra originally started in logistics through various travel agencies, which included corporate/business travel and event planning. During this period, Debra was responsible for oversight of large accounts, including Federal Express and other institutional clients. In 2008, she took the position of Operations Director for Flaming Phoenix, Inc., a predecessor company, in which she was responsible for all logistical aspects of the business, including obtaining and servicing accounts, coordinating domestic and international operations, and post-service quality assurance. While in this position, Debra supervised logistics for large defense contractors, including Siemens and Raytheon. In February 2011, she acquired and renamed the predecessor entity, creating Flaming Phoenix MD, LLC, which is a 100% female-owned enterprise. Since then, she has expanded the clientele to include other defense accounts, including Lockheed Martin, Turner, SAIC and Boeing. Debra is responsible for maintaining exterior vendor relationships and manages large delivery/critical path procedures.

Haileigh Disney
VP of Research and Business Development
As an intern with the company since August of 2011, Haileigh later became a part of the team in August of 2012. As VP of Research and Business Development, Haileigh maintains the responsibility in seeking out new government contracts in the effort to increase company revenue and relationships with others. It is her job to research avenues best suited for the company and projects to explore and tackle. Her duties are not only valued, they are essential in building rapport. It is important to build a lasting relationship with companies we use so we can later on rely on their services when needed a second time. Haileigh has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis with plans to pursue her Master’s.

Jermaine Cole
Director of Current Operations/Project Manager
Jermaine originally started in the industry by conducting white-glove delivery activities across the United States for high value loads. In 2005, he served as a driver for Pronto Express, and subsequently graduated into a project manager position with Flaming Phoenix, Inc. In 2010, Jermaine obtained a Master Certified Rigger (Qualified Advanced) designation through the Crane Institute of America, which enables him to conduct on-site activities associated with sling tension, cabling, compound loading and hitch systems. Jermaine supervises on-site labor activities and asset delivery to assure company performance objectives.
